Continue-Us™ may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you:

  • complete a contact form

  • request information or services

  • subscribe to communications or updates

  • register for an event, workshop, consultation, or learning experience

  • participate in a Continue-Us™ reflection, including Discover

This information may include your name, email address, phone number, organization name, role, workplace information, reflective responses, and any other information you choose to provide.

Participants are asked not to include names or details that could identify colleagues, employees, clients, children, families, or other individuals in their reflective responses.

2. How We Use Your Information

Continue-Us™ may use the information collected to:

  • respond to inquiries and requests

  • schedule and provide services

  • communicate information about Continue-Us™ offerings

  • administer events, workshops, consultations, and learning experiences

  • generate personalized Discover Reflection Summaries

  • create de-identified organizational insights, when applicable

  • improve Continue-Us™ services and the overall participant experience

  • meet applicable legal, contractual, and administrative requirements

Continue-Us™ does not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

3. Discover and Artificial Intelligence

Discover uses artificial intelligence to process participant responses and generate personalized reflections intended to support learning, self-awareness, and meaningful conversation.

These reflections are not assessments, diagnoses, performance evaluations, or professional advice. Continue-Us™ does not use Discover to make employment or disciplinary decisions.

When Discover is completed through a participating team or organization, themes from participant responses may be combined and de-identified to identify shared workplace patterns and opportunities for growth. Individual responses and personalized reflection summaries will not be shared with the participating organization without the participant’s permission.

Information submitted through Discover may be processed by third-party technology providers that support form collection, data storage, report generation, and artificial intelligence functionality. These providers are permitted to process information only as needed to deliver the applicable services, subject to their contractual terms and privacy practices.

4. Consent and Participant Choice

Participants are informed before submitting a Discover reflection that artificial intelligence will be used to process their responses and generate a personalized reflection.

Participation is voluntary. By submitting information and completing the required acknowledgement, participants consent to the uses described at the time of collection and in this Privacy Policy.

Consent may be withdrawn, subject to legal, contractual, or operational limitations. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that occurred before the request was received.

5. Disclosure and Service Providers

Continue-Us™ may use third-party service providers to support website hosting, forms, communications, data storage, payment processing, analytics, document generation, and artificial intelligence functionality.

Only the information reasonably required to provide the applicable service will be made available to these providers. Some providers may process or store information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is processed or stored.

Continue-Us™ does not share personal information with participating organizations except as described at the time of collection or with the participant’s permission. This does not prevent Continue-Us™ from sharing de-identified and combined organizational insights that are not intended to identify individual participants.

6. Data Security and Storage

Continue-Us™ takes reasonable administrative, contractual, and technical measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the applicable services, fulfill the purposes identified at the time of collection, and meet legal or contractual requirements.

While reasonable measures are used to safeguard information, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Access, Correction, and Deletion

Individuals may contact Continue-Us™ to:

  • ask what personal information is held about them

  • request access to or correction of their personal information

  • withdraw consent, where applicable

  • request deletion of their personal information, subject to legal, contractual, and operational requirements

  • ask questions or raise concerns about how their information has been handled

Continue-Us™ will respond to requests in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy requirements.
